1. Sign in
Once installation is complete, open the app to proceed with logging in for usage.
- Enter Student ID and Password (Provided by the school).
- Then log in to use the app.
2. Change password.

In the PINO app -> tap on the icon with three horizontal lines, which represents the menu at the top left corner of the screen -> then select Settings.
Next, choose Personal -> select Change password

Parents simply need to tap on the menu icon (the 3 horizontal lines icon) on the left-hand side of the app -> select Settings.
Then, pay attention to the study time section -> here, parents can choose the academic year and semester to view their child's academic results.
Additionally, parents can also access further relevant information about their child on the electronic contact book such as:
- Notifications from the school or teachers.
- Timetable.
- Grades.
- Student roster.

4. Register Absence for Your Child
With this feature, parents can register absences for their child on the PINO app.
You tap on the menu icon with 3 horizontal lines -> select Absence -> in the Register section, you input the desired absence time, reason for absence. Parents can also attach files such as absence request forms, doctor's certificates if the absence is health-related and requires supporting evidence.
Finally, the simple next step is to submit the absence registration for your child.
