1. Utilizing Strava for Tracking Running and Walking Distance
To start training with the Strava app, on the main interface of the app, select the Record Mode. This will be where you record your entire exercise and sports training process with this app. The next window appears with a request to access your location; press Yes to grant permission.
After that, 1 notification will be displayed, and you select Allow to agree.
With Strava, you can track your training progress in various sports such as running, cycling, hiking, ice skating, swimming, rowing, surfing, long-distance walking...
Commence your training journey with Strava by selecting Start. The app will then track and analyze your training progress through metrics displayed directly on your phone screen.
