1. How to download the VNEID app and install it
To declare health information and report domestic movements using VNEID, you need to download and install the VNEID app on your phone. The VNEID app is now available for both Android and iOS versions. Depending on your phone, download the appropriate VNEID app for health declaration to your device.
How to download and install VNEID:
Step 1: Access the link provided below
- Download VNEID for Android: VNEID for Android
- Download VNEID for iOS: VNEID for iPhone
Alternatively, on your phone interface, click on 'CH Play' (Android) or 'App Store' (iOS) (Image 1). In the search bar, type 'VNEID' (Image 2).
Step 2: Press 'Install' to download and install the application (Image 3). The word 'Open' appears, indicating that the app is installed (Image 4).
2. How to register for VNEID
Before diving into using VNEID, registration is essential. Follow the steps below to register:
Step 1: On your phone interface, open the VNEID app. Click 'Register' (Image 5). Next, enter your phone number, ID card, or citizen ID in the respective fields and click 'Register
Step 2: The system sends a confirmation code to the entered phone number. Open and enter it in the field (Image 7) (Note: If you haven't received the code, click 'Resend code' to retrieve it). The system will notify you of successful verification. Press 'Login' (Image 8) to proceed with login.

3. How to use VNEID
Step 1: Open the VNEID app, and you need to log in to your account:
- You will see the ID card field already filled; enter your password in the respective field and click 'Login' (Image 9) to log in to the application.
- Next, enter the necessary information into each field: Province, District, Ward ... and click 'Update' (Image 10).
Step 2: The features of VNEID will be displayed.
* Health declaration
Click 'Declare health for the whole population' (Image 11). Then, review and check each box as needed. Afterward, click 'Submit declaration' (Image 12).
Note: If you want to declare for a household, click 'Declare for household' on the interface before declaring.

* Domestic movement declaration
Click 'Declare domestic movement' (Image 13). Then, fill in the information in each field (Image 14) and click 'Submit declaration' (Image 15).
Note: Click 'Declare for household' to easily declare for others.
* Set up information
To set up information, click 'Settings' (Image 16). Depending on your needs, click the corresponding setting option (Image 17).

* Scan QR code
