Guide to Blocking Senders on Outlook
Step 1: Select an email sent from the address you want to block, right-click on that email
Step 2: In the right-click menu, choose Rules, select Always Move Message From…
Step 3: Choose the Delete Items option, then click OK.
From now on, all emails from this address will be automatically moved to the Delete Items folder and considered as deleted.
Additionally, you can also add an address to the block list by following these steps:
Step 1: On the main interface, click on the email you want to block, then click on the Junk icon
Step 2: Select the Block Sender option
Step 1: On the main interface of Thunderbird, click on Filter Management.
Step 2: In the filter management interface, create a new filter rule by clicking New.
Step 3: Name the filter rule, tick Match any search.
In the filter rule, select From, contains, enter the email to block, select Delete emails, then click OK to confirm the filter rule.

Step 1: On the main interface of Outlook, click on Rules, select Manage Rules & Alerts.
Step 2: Choose the Email Rules tab, click New Rules.
Step 3: Choose any desired action for the email you want to apply, then click Next.
Step 4: Select the target to apply, then click Next.
Step 5: Choose the action for the applied target, then click Next.
Step 6: Select the object to exclude, then click Next.
Step 7: Name the filter rule, then click Finish.
