Vegeta believes that reviving the Saiyan race with the Dragon Balls might be a questionable idea.
In the world of Dragon Ball, the divine dragon grants any wish to those who collect all 7 Dragon Balls. So, why doesn't Vegeta seek the power of the divine dragon to resurrect the Saiyan race and their planet?
In the past, the homeworld of the Saiyans was completely obliterated by Frieza. In theory, with the power of the divine dragon, reviving the Saiyan race is entirely plausible. This would mean that Goku and Vegeta could collaborate, striving to resurrect their parents and homeworld. However, this remains an unattainable wish for several reasons.
Firstly, the Earth Dragon Balls have limitations when it comes to resurrecting a substantial number of people. In terms of power, the divine dragon Shenron can only revive individuals who sacrificed themselves within a year. Beyond this time frame, it is not possible.
However, Vegeta and Goku could seek assistance from other divine dragons. For instance, the dragon deity Porunga from the planet Namek. The dilemma lies in the fact that while Porunga can revive those who were previously resurrected and those who have been gone for many years, he can only revive a single person for a single wish.

For a warrior race, failure is a profound disgrace. Consequently, Vegeta might feel that his fallen brethren are not worthy of revival. For instance, he completely dismisses the possibility of resurrecting Raditz with the Dragon Balls when suggested by Nappa.
