1. What is the VIB Account Maintenance Fee?
The account maintenance fee or VIB account management fee is understood as the monthly fee to maintain operations on your account at the International Bank.
VIB Bank account maintenance fee is charged monthly and varies between different types of international bank transaction accounts you are using.
2. How much is the VIB Account Management Fee per month?

Currently, VIB Bank is charging management fees based on the type of account you use for transactions. Specifically:
- For VIB Online Savings Account (Digi Payment Account), the monthly account management fee is 0 VND.
- For in-person transactions and account maintenance:
+ VIB Account Maintenance Fee is 9,000 VND/month/account in VND and 1 FCY/account/month in foreign currency.
+ For frozen accounts at VIB, the applied VIB account management fee by VIB Bank is 10,000 VND/month/account in VND and 1 FCY/month/account in foreign currency.

Tips and conditions to be exempt from VIB current account management fees:
+ Maintain a monthly average balance on the account of at least 2,000,000 VND or 100 FCY;
+ Salary accounts at VIB (including accounts of VIB employees - applicable from 01/05/2019)
+ Accounts with overdraft facility
+ Accounts registered for credit card automatic repayment (cards in activated and active status) and customers who have activated Internet Banking/Mobile Banking
+ Accounts registered for automatic repayment of newly disbursed unsecured consumer loans from 01/05/2017
* VIB Card Maintenance Fee
Not only charging fees on accounts, VIB bank also applies fees on customer payment card accounts. The details are as follows:
- VIB Platinum payment card maintenance fee: 25,000 VND/month
- VIB Classic, VIB iCard payment card maintenance fee: 10,000 VND/month
- Maintenance fees for domestic VIB Values (ATM) and VIB credit cards (VIB Online Plus, VIB Premier Boundles, VIB Zero Interest Rate, VIB Happy Drive, etc.): Not applicable.
