How to register for the service

Management fee for VND payment accounts: 2,200 dong/month
VCB Digibank maintenance fee (internet banking + mobile banking): 11,000 dong/month
Maintenance fee for debit card (domestic NAPAS / international VISA / MasterCard): from 5,000 dong/month
Transfer fee within Vietcombank system: from 2,000 - 5,000 dong/transaction
Transfer fee outside the system (interbank): from 5,000 dong -> ∞

Vietcombank offers 4 account packages, including 3 VCB - Plus, VCB - Pro, and VCB Advanced packages with free interbank transfer feature, accompanied by domestic debit card, standard VISA, and VISA Platinum. With the highest package VCB Advanced, if individuals do not maintain an average balance of 10 million dong, the package maintenance fee is only 45,000 dong.

Meanwhile, with the VCB - Pro package, individuals only need to pay 33,000 dong if they do not maintain an average balance of 6 million dong. Currently, with 33,000 dong, individuals will have to pay fees for account services, electronic banking, and cards, which is 18,200 dong, leaving 14,800 dong enough for interbank transfers of 74 million in one transaction. Whereas with the account package, if you pay 30,000 dong, you can transfer unlimitedly, and if you maintain the average balance, it will be free.

How to register for the service

When selecting a transaction package without an available card, you need to register for online card issuance and receive a refund afterwards.

A notification pops up to inform you that any previous fee discounts (if any) will expire, as they are included in the bundled package.
