Vietjet Air airline announces the sale of COVID-19 testing kits for passengers in need.
COMPLIMENTARY Rapid COVID-19 Testing kits for passengers flying from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City by Vietjet Air
- Eligible passengers: Passengers who purchase tickets on all flights departing from either Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi by Vietjet Air with flight departures from October 22, 2021 until further notice.
- Program details: Each passenger will receive FREE Rapid COVID-19 Testing once per booking.
- Program implementation period: From October 22, 2021 until further notice.
How to purchase Vietjet Air's COVID-19 testing package
Vietjet Air's COVID-19 testing package is available as an Add-on, similar to checking in baggage. Passengers can choose between two packages or purchase both as needed:
- Antigen Rapid Testing: The price is 0 Vietnamese dong during the promotional period.
- RT-PCR Testing: The price applies according to the regulations of Vietnam Health.
How to purchase Vietjet Air's COVID-19 testing package
Passengers who purchase tickets at Mytour.vn and wish to book Vietjet Air's COVID-19 testing package are kindly requested to contact hotline 1900 2083 for the fastest assistance.
Note:
- Passengers who have purchased tickets and made payment but have not opted for the testing package can request to add it later (if needed).
- Vietjet Air's COVID-19 Testing Service package applies to 1 passenger/segment and does not include VAT.
- The Rapid Testing package closes before 06 hours prior to departure.
- The RT-PCR Testing package closes before 24 hours prior to departure.
Guidance on registering for COVID-19 testing for passengers purchasing Vietjet Air's testing package
After successfully purchasing Vietjet Air's COVID-19 testing package, passengers need to register for testing at Vietnam Health. The steps are as follows:
- Passengers can access evoucher.vietjetair.com to receive the Vietnam Health Testing E-voucher under the 'VJ Travel Pass' section.
Enter Vietjet Air's Booking Code to receive VNKM Testing E-voucher
- The list of e-vouchers associated with the Booking Code (PNR) will be displayed with detailed information for passengers to select their preference.

- Passengers click on the 'Receive Now' button, then the VNKM testing e-voucher will be sent to the email registered for the passenger when booking tickets with Vietjet Air.

- Passengers access vietnamkhoemanh.vn or vnkm.yte.gov.vn, select the 'Airline Passenger Testing Registration' section.
Visit the VNKM website to register for testing
- Passengers should enter the correct e-voucher code XNVNKM, Full Name (as provided in the email). Then, select the appropriate testing location and time for their flight.

Note:
- Passengers will not need to pay any additional fees for the registered testing service with the e-voucher.
- Vietnam Health's VNKM Testing E-voucher will be personalized to the passenger's name, only issued once for each testing add-on package in the passenger's Booking Code at Vietjet Air.
- The VNKM Testing E-voucher, when issued, will automatically be sent to the email used for flight booking at Vietjet Air.
- Passengers can look up Vietnam Health's testing support points on the website vietnamkhoemanh.vn, updated daily. You will click on the line “List of testing locations” as shown below.
