1. Applicable Period:
Vietjet Air has supplemented its policy for assisting with name corrections due to unintentional errors, which is implemented during the period from 22/08/2022 to 31/12/2022.
2. Applicability Scope:
Supplementing the policy for Assistance in Correcting Names due to unintentional errors will replace section 4.3 of the current policy (Effective from 25/1/2021).

3. Applicability Conditions:
- Each passenger is eligible for assistance once only and can select one case only from the allowed cases for support.
- Applies to unused tickets and changes for the entire itinerary in the booking code. Passengers must notify name corrections at least before the check-in counter closes for the first flight.
- Applies to reserved identity guaranteed tickets and tickets reserved with identity guaranteed before 22/08/2022 that are unusable due to incorrect names. Passengers need to notify name corrections before making the reservation.

3.2. Assistance Options:
Vietjet Air provides name correction assistance with a fee (excluding VAT):
- Domestic: 200,000 VND/passenger
- International: 200,000 VND/passenger
