Vietnam – Singapore Route

Flight schedule from Vietnam to Singapore starting from January 2022

Entry Regulations in Vietnam:

Based on official document No. 10688/BYT-MT dated December 16, 2021

– Applicable: Entry to Vietnam

– Entry Conditions:

• Confirmation of vaccination (Confirmed by certificate/app) or confirmation of recovery from Covid-19 (except for children under 2 years old).
• Negative RT-PCR test results within 72 hours before entry into Vietnam (except for children under 2 years old).
• For individuals not fully vaccinated or confirmed to have recovered from Covid-19: Must provide confirmation of hotel reservation from the list of local quarantine facilities (minimum 7 days) or Certificate confirming eligibility for home quarantine (as stipulated in document 5599/BYT-MT of the Ministry of Health).
• Install and declare health status on the PC-Covid application before the flight.

Entry Regulations in Singapore:

– Applicable: Singaporean citizens returning home, relatives of citizens/permanent residents traveling to Singapore…

– Entry Conditions:

• Testing upon arrival in Singapore with both RT-PCR and ART methods as follows:
• ART testing on days 3, 7, 11 (cost: 40SGD/person).
• RT-PCR testing on day 14.

Vietnam – South Korea Route

 Entry regulations in Vietnam:

Based on official document number 10688/BYT-MT dated December 16, 2021

– Applicable: Passengers entering Vietnam

– Entry conditions:

• Vaccination certificate (Paper/ App) or proof of recovery from Covid-19 (except children under 2 years old).
• Negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours prior to entry into Vietnam (except children under 2 years old).
• For cases not fully vaccinated or without proof of recovery from Covid-19: Must have confirmation of hotel reservation from the list of local quarantine facilities (minimum 7 days) or Certificate of eligibility for home quarantine (as regulated in document 5599/BYT-MT of the Ministry of Health).
• Install and declare health information on the PC-Covid application before the flight.

Entry regulations for South Korea:

– Applicable to: All passengers

– Entry requirements:

• Present a hard copy of negative covid test results within 72 hours prior to departure, certificate must be translated into English or Korean and notarized in South Korea.
• Install the “Self-diagnosis Safety Protection” app here
• Complete the “Health Declaration Form” and “Travel Declaration Form”. Passengers will be provided upon arrival.
• Fill out the “Facility quarantine consent form”. Passengers can download the form here.

ENTRY REGULATIONS FOR PASSENGERS WITH VIETNAMESE NATIONALITY:

1. Passport with visa as required

2. Confirmation of vaccination (confirmed by certificate/app) or confirmation of recovery from Covid-19

3. Present a negative RT-PCR test result within 72hrs prior to entry (except for children under 2 years old)

4. Install and declare health information on PC-COVID application

5. ENTRY SUPERVISION STEPS FOR VIETNAM IMMIGRANTS:

Step 1: Immigrants register personal QR code

– Use PC-Covid application or access

Step 2: Covid testing immediately after entry

– If negative: depart airport to place of residence

– If positive: sample collection and centralized isolation (Field Hospital No. 12)

Step 3: Move to place of residence

– Implement 5K regulations

– Only driver and immigrant on shuttle

Step 4: Health monitoring and daily health declaration

– If fully vaccinated or recovered from Covid-19 and have negative test result at airport: self-monitoring for 3 days, PCR test on day 3 (In case of symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, report immediately to Health Station for proper handling)

– If not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have negative test result at airport: self-isolate at residence for 7 days

Step 5: RT-PCR testing for immigrants during quarantine at place of stay on days 3,7

– If negative: continue health monitoring until end of 14 days from entry date

– If positive: transfer to centralized isolation point (Field Hospital No. 12) and report to Ho Chi Minh City Disease Control Center
