Vietnam Airlines offers special Economy fares for flights to Con Dao and Dien Bien starting from just 1,699,000 VND/way
Information about the services on these flights is as follows:
– Applicable scope: Vietnam Airlines operates flights with ATR-72 aircraft on routes HAN-DIN, SGN-VCS, VCA-VCS
– Effective from: April 29, 2021
– Effective departure date: from April 29, 2021

– The prices above do not include taxes and other fees.
Benefits for special Economy class:
– Ground services: Passengers are entitled to priority ground services.
– In-flight services: PE passengers are provided with bottled water and light snacks (packaged nuts or cookies).
– FID screen at the check-in counter: displays a dedicated PE FID screen.
– Check-in counter: check-in at priority counters.
– Carry-on luggage allowance: 1 piece and 1 accessory. Total weight not exceeding 12kg.
– Free checked baggage allowance: 1 piece not exceeding 32kg.
– Baggage tag: Priority baggage tags are attached.
– Lounge access: Enjoy the Lotus Lounge at HAN, SGN, and the Business Lounge at local airports. Currently, there are no Business Lounges at VCS and DIN, so restaurant facilities at the airports are available as alternatives.
– Priority lane access through security check: Utilize priority lane access (if available/allowed).
– Boarding: Boarding alongside Y class passengers.
– Apron vehicle: Utilize shared apron vehicle with Y class passengers.
– Handling irregularities: Provide services and compensation to passengers according to the current passenger service regulations of 0V.
– Service class conversion: Select individuals and execute upgrades/downgrades as necessary according to the current passenger service regulations of Vietnam Airlines.
