Vietnam has been honored in the prestigious list of recipients for the Award voted by readers of the renowned travel magazine Conde Nast Traveler USA in 2012. This year, we have a hotel ranked among the top 3 best hotels in Southeast Asia, two resorts in the top 15 best resorts in Asia, and the city of Hoi An is honored to be included in the list of top 10 tourist cities in Asia.
The results of the 25th annual Conde Nast Traveler poll were announced in New York on October 16. Among them, the 111-year-old Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi hotel ranked third among the top 20 hotels in Southeast Asia. Two other representatives of Vietnam, Park Hyatt Saigon and Sheraton Saigon Hotel, also made it to this list, ranking fourth and tenth respectively. The other hotels on the list are:

In another voting list, Life Heritage Resort Hoi An and The Nam Hai Resort Hoi An respectively occupy the 10th and 14th positions among the top 15 resorts in Asia. Other resorts on the list include:

Notably, Hoi An ancient town has been included in the list of top 10 tourist cities in Asia for the first time, alongside cities such as Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kyoto, Luang Prabang, Shanghai, Tokyo, Ubud (Indonesia), Chiang Mai, and Singapore.
