Method 1: Viettel advance credit via default system 911
Requirements for Viettel advance credit via hotline 911:
- Viettel subscribers with bidirectional operation, activated for at least 365 days.
- Main account balance below 1000đ.
- Each subscriber can only avail advance credit once per card top-up.
How to get advance credit via hotline 911: Simply dial *911#

Note:
- You will receive an amount of 10,000 VND in your main account.
- After topping up with a new card, the system will automatically deduct an advance amount and a service fee of 11,500 VND.
Method 2: Viettel's Automatic Advance Service (9118)
Conditions for subscribers to avail Viettel's advance service via hotline 9118:
- Prepaid mobile subscribers with bidirectional operation active for over 365 days.
- Main account balance is less than 1000 VND.
- Subscribers can only avail advance credit once with this service per card top-up.
- The minimum average consumption from the main account in the last 3 months is at least 100,000 VND.
Registration Syntax for Using Automatic Advance Service:
Register by sending DK to 9118
or UT to 9118
To cancel the service, text: HUY to 9118

Note:
- The system will automatically advance an amount corresponding to your most recent 3-month average usage from your main account to your main account.
- After topping up, the system will deduct the advance amount and corresponding service fee directly from your main account.
- Advance amounts are only added to your account, not additional usage days.
- If the system cannot deduct the full advance amount + service fee in the first card top-up, it will deduct from the next card.

Conditions for advancing through xTime service:
- Subscribers receive an invitation message to advance when their main account is less than 1000 VND. If subscribers agree to advance, they just need to text Y to 5511.
- To check if subscribers are eligible for advances via 5511, they can text UT to 5511.
How to advance with Viettel via 5511 service:
- Text according to the syntax XT to 5511
- Or dial *511# and follow the instructions.

- The entire advanced amount and xTime service fee will be deducted from the next card top-up and immediately after the subscriber successfully tops up.
- The advanced amount ranges from 10,000 VND to 50,000 VND.
