Step 1: Go to the login link of VPbank's electronic banking service HERE to enter your username, password, and OTP code to log into the system.
Step 2: On the menu bar, select 'transfer' and then choose 'transfer history'
Step 3: Select the type of transaction 'Processed' then select the date range you want to inquire, press 'view'. At this point, the screen will display all transfer transactions corresponding to your query information.
Step 4: With all displayed transactions, to reconcile any transaction, continue to move your mouse to the far right corner of the transaction, click on the '?' icon to check the transaction details. Next, you need to enter the content you want to reconcile, press send to reconcile the detailed information corresponding to this transaction.
