Alongside all the new weapons in Warlords, developers have chosen a more refined backdrop for Renegades. Whether daring adventurers in the wild West, rebels, or doomsday preachers, they all represent societal outcasts.

As Outlanders show little concern for the rest of society, these rebels swiftly assimilate into their ranks. They bring along a myriad of intriguing customizations in the Battle Pass, ranging from preacher uniforms, stylish hats, to even new masks and other accessories.
Another top-requested feature is the option to play in larger groups. Now you can form a team of 5 Outlanders for Elimination, and teams of 2 or 3 for Encounters. Additionally, the seldom-used option to join random matches has been replaced by the ability to truly betray as a Lone Wolf - you'll join Encounters with teams of 2 and 3 to conquer higher challenges and subsequently earn greater rewards. To keep things interesting even in solo encounters, supply crates have also been added.
There are also numerous additions to Encounters such as new exit markers. If you're heading towards an exit and someone is nearby, a flock of birds will fly up. This aids campers as they'll know when someone is approaching and also makes it tougher for targets as their presence is known. It's time to learn some new tricks, like setting traps on loot. Moreover, bullet penetration is back, meaning you can shoot through wooden doors or wooden objects to take down enemies if you have a powerful enough gun. Some new firearms have also been added, including the Colt, which can certainly help you take down targets behind wooden barricades.
