Customer support plan for pre-booking Vinpearl accommodations amidst the Covid-19 situation
Eligible beneficiaries of the support policy
The following individuals are eligible for support policies when booking Vinpearl accommodations:
- Applicable to bookings with check-in dates up to 30/11/2021 and notification to Vinpearl at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
- Booking for guests residing in high-risk/very high-risk areas (orange/red zones as per the evaluation of pandemic levels under Decision 4800/QD-BYT);
- Booking for guests at Vinpearl hotels located in high-risk/very high-risk areas (orange/red zones as per the evaluation of pandemic levels under Decision 4800/QD-BYT);
- Booking for guests belonging to F1, F2, F3 groups as confirmed by local authorities;
- Booking for medical personnel/police/military/state enterprise employees mobilized for pandemic control (with confirmation documents)
- Booking during the hotel closure period
Flexible reservation adjustment options for Vinpearl bookings
For bookings made under the price policy (excluding Vouchers):
- Apply current ongoing promotions and adjust room rates accordingly if applicable.
- In case a new pricing period offers lower rates than the current booking, no refund or offset for the price difference shall be provided.
- Reservation rescheduling deadline: 30/12/2021.
For Vouchers (Villa Voucher and Vinpearl Passport with and without specific dates)
- Extend stay until November 30, 2021, without additional surcharge for difference in rates.
For bookings made during the hotel closure period:
- Options include: transferring booking to another VP property in a different area (room rates may vary depending on availability); postponing booking until hotel reopens before December 30, 2021 (no additional surcharge in case of rate difference); cancelling booking with credit for future bookings.
