Joy 4 is the fourth smartphone from VinSmart launched in September, following Live 4, Aris, and Aris Pro. Unlike Aris, which focuses on new technology, Joy 4 targets users in the under 5 million VND price range. This pricing segment is the strength of the Vietnamese smartphone brand. The device directly competes with Xiaomi Redmi 9, Oppo A12, and Realme C12, which were recently launched at the end of August.

Joy 4 features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ resolution display with a hole-punch design similar to its 'sibling' Live 4. This size matches Realme C12 and Redmi 9 and is larger than the 6.2-inch screen of Oppo A12. The device has a good configuration: Snapdragon 665 processor, 3 or 4 GB RAM, 64 GB internal memory.
