If we had to describe the hotpot buffet at Fê – Buffet Hotpot, 'delicious – nutritious - affordable' would be the most accurate. Here, diners can indulge in exquisite hotpot flavors along with enticing dishes without fretting about the prices.
A friend invited me to try hotpot at Đê La Thành, where it costs over a hundred thousand per person but leaves you completely satisfied. Initially, I wasn't very interested; cheap prices usually make me skeptical about the quality and taste of the food. However, due to their enthusiastic invitation and the restaurant's proximity to home, I decided to give it a try just to see what it's all about. We went to Lẩu Fê on a weekday evening, not even on a weekend, yet it was crowded. I couldn't help but wonder why it was so busy here; perhaps because the restaurant's ambiance is quite beautiful and it's true, as my friend boasted? I became curious and wanted to taste the food here to see if it's really as 'divine' as the restaurant's name suggests.

The restaurant space is cool, youthful, and modern.
The first thing to mention here is the restaurant's space, which is youthful, modern, yet doesn't lose its sophistication. Fê – Buffet Hotpot surprised me with its beautiful, spacious setting. With such a grand space, one might assume it would come with a hefty price tag. Perhaps the restaurant owner must have put a lot of effort and dedication into creating such an ideal place for everyone to visit.

A rare tranquil corner that I captured at the restaurant.
With warm, neutral tones dominating, simple yet elegant, the ambiance exudes sophistication. The highlight amidst this seemingly ordinary space is the paintings of various European cities, adding a touch of charm and interest. Sitting at a table next to these drawings, you'll undoubtedly feel like you're dining in the beautiful cities of the West, incredibly chic. Fortunately, I chose Fê – Buffet Hotpot to experience this splendid space without regret.
Savor a glimpse of Japanese, Korean, and Thai cuisine at Fê – Buffet Hotpot.
The visual aspect truly impressed me, then comes the sensory experience. When it comes to dining, surely the two most important aspects are the ambiance and the food! Holding the menu in my hand, I couldn't help but marvel at the culinary diversity: Japanese, Korean, and even flavors from Thailand, all encapsulated in a buffet menu priced under 200k per person! The array of dishes includes salad, Japanese pancakes, kimbap, sushi, fried chicken... and the hotpot options range from shabu-shabu to Thai hotpot, kimchi, miso – a plethora of choices to suit every taste.

I kickstarted the meal with some crisp and refreshing salad pieces to tantalize the taste buds, then indulged in a piece of savory Japanese pancake, enjoying its rich, fragrant filling. Eating it while it's still hot is incomparable. Adding a piece of sushi and some kimbap, the freshness of the fish and the aromatic, sticky rice kept me engaged without a hint of boredom.

The restaurant offers a dual hotpot option so you can enjoy a variety of hotpot flavors. Today, I opted for the Thai hotpot alone, eager to see if the common tangy and spicy broth would mesmerize me.

A close-up of the vibrant and aromatic Thai hotpot is irresistible.
Just glancing at the enticing hotpot pot with its array of colors – the yellow of pineapple, the green of onions, and the red of chili – makes me want to dig in. Waiting for the broth to boil, I start dipping the meat, tasting the hotpot broth with a spoon, and trying a piece of meat makes me exclaim in delight at its deliciousness and harmony. The tender, fragrant meat blends perfectly with the authentic Thai hotpot broth, tangy, spicy, fragrant with lemongrass and lime leaves. After eating, all I can do is nod in approval.

The hotpot ingredients are intricately arranged, suggesting that the chef must be very dedicated to create such artistic masterpieces.

Not only beautiful but also incredibly fresh and delicious.

The service staff is quite prompt and enthusiastic.
Enjoying lively conversations and delicious food with friends is simply wonderful. The food is great, the ambiance is beautiful, the service staff is enthusiastic, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Since my friend and I booked in advance, it was even cheaper. If you're looking for a suitable place for group gatherings, company parties, or want to change your taste on the weekend with family, head to Fê – Buffet Hotpot!
