The pricing of Vsmart is highly regarded, positioned to compete evenly with other smartphones in the same segment.
1. Vsmart introduces smartphones priced from 2.5 to 6.3 million, directly competing with Chinese counterparts.
Vsmart's pricing is deemed excellent, perfectly poised to compete head-to-head with peers in the market.
On December 14th, Vingroup officially launches its lineup of 4 Vsmart smartphones including Vsmart Active 1+, Vsmart Active 1, Vsmart Joy 1+, and Vsmart Joy 1. With much information about Vsmart leaked prior, the highlight of this event is undoubtedly the pricing - and it seems Vingroup does not disappoint with its 'three no' pricing policy (no depreciation, no financial costs, and no profit markup).
This pricing strategy allows Vsmart to confidently compete even against Chinese rivals, renowned for their 'good-quality-affordable' reputation.
Similar to VinFast, Vsmart's pricing is divided into two phases: phase 1 offers cheaper prices and more discounts, targeting early adopters; while phase 2, although priced slightly higher, does not exceed phase 1 by much. Vsmart states that the prices in phase 1 are even lower than the 'three no' prices the company is offering.
