To control online student learning at home using VX-Student software, whether students are seriously studying or opening other programs on their computers, or playing games during online classes, teachers need to perform the following steps.
How Teachers Use VX-Student to Control Online Student Learning
Step 1: Register VX-Student Teacher Account
- Create VX-Student Teacher Account if not yet here

Step 2: Create Class ID and Class Name
- Login to VX-Student Teacher Account at the above link
- Choose Class List => click Add New.
- Enter Class ID and Class Name into blank boxes => click Save Information. (Note: Class ID is case-sensitive, you should enter all lowercase or all uppercase letters to avoid Parents unable to join)
Step 3: Send Class ID to Parents
- Copy the Class ID you have created => send it to parents of students for teacher supervision during online learning. For example, as shown in the illustration below, Mytour creates the ID 'class9alequydon' (Teachers can create different Class IDs depending on the class they are teaching)
Step 4: Teachers Monitor Students' Online Learning with VX-Student
- On the Class Tracking tab, select Teacher's Class List
- Set start and end time => select Search
- View students' activity by selecting Student List, where the list of students participating in the class will be displayed:
+ Gray Color: Students are offline
+ Green Color: Students are online and focused
+ Red Color: Students are distracted, playing games, or accessing websites not allowed by Parents or Teachers
