Weekend Getaway to Freshwater Bay, Ninh Thuan
Situated in the Tuy Binh sea area, within the Nui Chua National Park, Freshwater Bay is considered a hidden paradise in Ninh Thuan. The fine white sand and crystal-clear sea make it a picturesque spot, surrounded by mountains on three sides and a meandering freshwater stream that never runs dry.
In addition to the mentioned beauty, Freshwater Bay lacks dining and accommodation services. The place remains desolate as there are no residents, ensuring absolute tranquility if you choose to camp here.
Upon arriving at Freshwater Bay, the first thing to do is to take a dip in the sea. Leave your belongings on the sandy beach and immerse yourself in the gentle waves and soft sunlight. With a long sandy shore and no underwater rocks, even non-swimmers can enjoy the crystal-clear blue sea. The beach is far from residential areas, and the spring water from the Nui Chua National Park ensures cleanliness and safety.
Bring swim goggles to witness the underwater wonders. The sea here is so clear that you can see everything beneath the water from a distance. The rocky crevices on both sides are home to various fish, snails, crabs, and corals. Prepare to marvel at the fascinating scenes of a miniature ocean with many intriguing discoveries.

Sleep until morning, and if you want to admire the sunrise on this beach, be prepared to exert a bit of effort as you climb the rocky cliffs. It's a quick process, and when the sun emerges over the sea and the first rays of light appear, capture that fantastic moment in your camera and share it with your friends. There are various ways to reach this beautiful coastal area. The fastest is to fly to Cam Ranh International Airport and then travel an additional 40km towards Binh Tien Beach. The second option, more cost-effective, is to take a motorbike or bus to Phan Rang. From Phan Rang, it's about 50km along the coastal road DT702 to reach Freshwater Bay. For those who don't enjoy extensive self-travel, booking a tour to Binh Hung Island is an option. Typically, the itinerary includes a canoe ride to this beach. However, this tour approach may not be suitable for those who prefer camping and exploring nature on their own due to limited time.
