Weekend Special: Easy Sour Lobster Hotpot Recipe
Ingredients:
- Lobster: 300g
- Ripe Pineapple: 100g
- 100g tomatoes
- 100g water spinach
- 100g spearmint
- 100g banana blossoms, 20g tamarind, 10g laksa leaves
- Rice vermicelli or rice noodles, instant noodles
- Seasonings: fish sauce, salt, sugar, MSG, chili paste...
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Clean the lobsters, trim the whiskers, and tail.
- Peel and clean the pineapple, remove the eyes, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the vegetables and place them on a plate for serving with the hotpot.
