Infinity Ward introduces Season 6 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, including Warzone, starting with a new fast-travel subway system in Verdansk. Additionally, there's a new Battle Pass system with 2 free weapons, free War Tracks, and two iconic Operators, Farah and Nikolai. All utilizing the new subway system in Warzone, marked as 'Metro' on the Tac Map in-game. Head to any stop among the Metro stations across Verdansk, hop on the train, and travel to the next station in seconds.

This also serves as an intelligent transportation system. The subway will not move to a station beyond the safe zone in Battle Royale, and it will come to a complete halt whenever a conflict erupts on one of its trains. Keep these 3 tips in your pocket for your next journey:

- Move quickly and move smartly: The subway's intelligent fast-travel system takes you to the next station in the blink of an eye, making it the fastest mode of transportation in Verdansk.

- Arrive early and loot up: Each subway station is not just a pit stop but also includes numerous items, survival gear, and Contracts. Be quick, and you'll secure valuable loot.

- Utilize emergency exits: Every station has an emergency exit. Operators can use these exits as alternative routes to enter the station.

New Warzone Game Mode

Armored Royale: Every team starts with an armored and armed cargo truck. Team members can respawn if their truck is still operational, but once it's destroyed, your comeback chances go up in smoke. The last surviving team claims victory.

In any mode, Season Six introduces a range of new weapons to Verdansk, including 6 Common, 10 Uncommon, 13 Rare, 18 Epic, and 24 Legendary weapons.

4 Free Multiplayer Maps

Season Six introduces 4 new Multiplayer maps for those who own the full version of Modern Warfare. Seasoned Warzone players will recognize Broadcast, first introduced in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and now available in intense 6v6 battles. Additionally, deploy your squad to Mialstor Tank Factory in 6v6 or 10v10 skirmishes, engage in tight-knit combat on the Station Gunfight map, or join the next Ground War showdown on Verdansk Riverside.

Prepare for new multiplayer game modes like Confirmed, Gun Game TDM, HQ: Firefight, and Hardpoint: Hills and Kills.

Music, the versatile SP-R 208 marksman rifle, and the new AS-VAL assault rifle in the Season Six Battle Pass System

Crank up the tunes the next time you hop into a vehicle in Warzone and Modern Warfare. For the first time, new War Tracks are available for players to earn across various free tiers. After acquiring the Season Six Battle Pass, the system unlocks the entire 100 Tiers for players to easily unlock by playing the game. Highlights in the Battle Pass include Farah and new character missions, the Screwdriver Combat Knife blueprint, a new Finishing Move, weapon blueprint designs, weapon skins, and more, not to mention a 10% permanent XP boost throughout Season Six.

Please note that the Season Six update will have a download size of 22.66 GB for those who already own the full version of Modern Warfare and have updated to the latest version beforehand. After downloading, players will need to download the 8 GB Compatibility Data Pack to play Multiplayer or Special Ops. Another important note is that on October 1st, Xbox One players can access the Survival mode. Players will need to download the 5.9 GB Survival Data Pack to experience it.
