Until now, there have been three iterations of Captain America in Marvel movies, each with their own fascinating traits.
1. Steve Rogers possesses superhuman strength thanks to the Super-Soldier Serum, and his weapon is the Vibranium shield.

The key to Captain America Steve Rogers' strength lies in the Super-Soldier Serum.
Before being injected with this serum, Steve Rogers was a skinny youth, plagued by various illnesses. But after the injection, Steve Rogers transformed into a tall, muscular man. His physical strength, endurance, resilience, speed, agility, reflexes, and even his senses all heightened. Steve's body also has the ability to heal wounds faster than normal.
Regarding weaponry, Steve Rogers typically fights with a Vibranium shield that is highly resistant to damage. In the movie Avengers: Endgame, we also witness the hammer Mjolnir acknowledging Steve Rogers as worthy to wield it. Steve can use Mjolnir, and even gains the power of Thor when wielding Thor's hammer.
2. John Walker undergoes military training and later receives the Super-Soldier Serum injection

Initially, John Walker excels as a soldier in the U.S. military. Thanks to his military training, he possesses exceptional combat and marksmanship skills. He can also skillfully wield Steve Rogers' Vibranium shield.
Of course, John Walker is just an ordinary person wearing Captain America's attire and using his shield. Thus, he was defeated by Karli Morgenthau - someone enhanced with the Super-Soldier Serum.
He is also helpless against the Dora Milaje - individuals who aren't even injected with the Super-Soldier Serum, yet are incredibly strong. And John suffered psychological damage after losing to the Dora Milaje.
Later, in episode 4 of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, John uses the dropped Super-Soldier Serum by Karli Morgenthau to gain Super-Soldier strength. This helps him gain a significant boost in strength.
3. Sam Wilson doesn't use the Super-Soldier Serum, his fighting style is very unique compared to Steve and John

Currently, Sam Wilson completely abstains from using the Super-Soldier Serum. He also has no intention of using a similar serum.
Sam Wilson's fighting style as Captain America maintains the same aerial combat style as Falcon. He utilizes a flight suit to soar through the skies.
Captain America Sam's flight suit is also manufactured by Wakanda, with wings that are highly durable. As Captain America, Sam Wilson also wields a vibranium shield, making him more formidable and challenging to contend with.
Of course, Sam is still aided by the unmanned aerial vehicle Redwing. Redwing has combat capabilities, as well as target analysis capabilities, which greatly assist Sam. In episode 6, Redwing can help Sam analyze the passengers on a helicopter to identify those with experience in pilot training.
