At the local level, it means transitioning to digital governance, economy, and society within that specific region. The successful digital transformation at the local level contributes to the overall success of the national digital transformation. Therefore, digital transformation requires determined involvement from the entire political system, with a synchronized and cohesive implementation from the central to local levels.
Digital transformation has a profound impact, encompassing all sectors of the economy and society, contributing to increased labor productivity, and fostering innovative business models. This, in turn, enhances the nation's competitive capabilities.
