3. Installing and Using Quillbot

3.1. Using Quillbot on the web

Step 1: To use Quillbot on the web, simply access it HERE.
Step 2: On the Quillbot page interface, you'll see Paraphraser, Grammar Checker tools on the left side of the screen. Just select the feature you want to use and paste the text into it.

Step 3: Click on Rephrase as shown in the example below, the result will be displayed on the right side. Additionally, you can choose the sentence rewriting mode in the Mode section, by default, it's in Standard mode.

Step 4: If you're not satisfied with any rewritten sentences, you can click on them to replace.

3.2. Using Quillbot on Microsoft Word

To install and use Quillbot on Microsoft Word, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open Microsoft Word and log in to your account.
Step 2: Then select the Insert tab on the toolbar and choose Get Add-ins.

Step 3: Enter the keyword Quillbot into the Add-ins search box.

Step 4: From the search results list, click Add to add Quillbot to Word.

Step 5: On the notification displayed on the screen, click Continue to proceed.

Step 6: At this point, the Quillbot tab has been added to your Word.

Step 7: In this step, you click the Quillbot tab and click Launch Quillbot to run the tool.

Step 8: After logging into your Quillbot account, you can use Quillbot on Word.
