Saving SHSH2 Blob Before Updating to iOS 12/11
If you're accustomed to using iOS 10 or older versions, you can save the SHSH2 blob for iOS 10.3.3/10.3.2/10.3.1. Follow the steps below to preserve the SHSH2 Blob for older iOS versions before updating to iOS 12/11:
Step 1: Connect your iOS device to your computer and activate iTunes. On the iTunes window, select your device located in the top-left corner of the iTunes menu as shown below.
Step 2: In the Summary section, you will see some information about your iOS device; right-click on the ECID of your iOS device (iPhone/iPad/iPod).
If you can't locate the ECID and only have the Serial Number, you can obtain the ECID by clicking on the Serial Number and then copying it.
Step 3: Once you've copied the ECID, your task is to find the Model Identifier of the device. Click on the ECID or Serial Number to retrieve the Model Identifier.
Step 4: Access TSS Saver - SHSH2 Blob Saver, paste the copied ECID, and fill in the Model Identifier information for the device.
Step 5: The website will save the SHSH2 blob as a file and provide you with a link to access and download it.
