To enhance control over mobile charges for postpaid subscribers, in December 2019, Viettel officially introduced the Hybrid payment feature. With this feature, instead of paying 100% of the service charges at the end of the month, Hybrid subscribers will pay a portion of the fixed monthly charges and additional service fees incurred outside of the promotional offers for the subscribed postpaid package, allowing them to better manage their mobile charges. Specifically:

2. Benefits of using Viettel's Hybrid payment feature?
When using the Hybrid feature, controlling incurred mobile charges (voice calls, texts, data (3G/4G)) within/outside the user's subscribed package becomes much simpler and easier. Specifically:
- Assists users in controlling mobile charges used during the month, avoiding additional costs outside the package if desired.
- When all benefits of the postpaid package are used up, customers can proactively top up and limit the usage of incurred services (calls, data, SMS, etc.) according to the deposited amount.

- Eligibility: Users subscribing to Viettel network in An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Dong Thap, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Long An, Soc Trang, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long provinces are eligible to register for this feature.

Usage:
After successfully registering for the Hybrid feature, users can proactively top up and manage their postpaid mobile charges by sending a text message in the following format: Type KTLL and send to 195
