Your inability to withdraw the exact amount you need from the Bac A Bank ATM could be due to exceeding the card's withdrawal limit, insufficient funds on your card, or withdrawing at inappropriate times.

At Bac A Bank ATM system, you can withdraw up to 10,000,000 VND per transaction. At other banks' ATMs, you can withdraw up to 3,000,000 VND per transaction.
The total amount you can withdraw from Bac A Bank ATM per day is 50,000,000 VND, and you can withdraw a maximum of 25 times per day at Bac A Bank's ATM system.
In response to customer feedback about accounts being debited overnight, Bac A Bank has implemented some regulations regarding withdrawals as follows:
- Withdrawal limit from Bac A Bank ATM cards is applicable from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 12:00 AM to 5:30 AM
You can only withdraw a maximum of 1,000,000 VND per transaction, with a maximum of 2 transactions per card.
If you wish to withdraw cash from Bac A Bank ATM with an amount >50,000,000 VND per day, you can bring your ID card or passport directly to Bac A Bank's transaction counter to proceed with the withdrawal process.
Currently, Bac A Bank is also issuing co-branded cards with TH truemart. In essence, the daily cash withdrawal limit for this card remains unchanged; however, using the card will offer you many benefits when shopping or making payments at TH truemart stores.
