3. Operating Principle of the Water Flow Sensor
Most modern brands equip water heaters with water flow sensors. Additionally, there is an optimal water control system. When these two components work together, they activate the heating system, providing users with the right amount of water and temperature.
The water flow sensor comprises parts such as the brass valve body, the flow rotor assembly, and the hall sensor. It is strategically placed at the water source to efficiently interact with other components, ensuring more accurate speed measurement and analysis of water flow. As water reaches the flow rotor assembly, it rotates, adjusting the movement speed of water appropriately.

Subsequently, the water flow sensor sends pulse signals to the controller to assess the flow quality. This regulates and controls the equivalent valve current. As a result, the valve manages the gas level to adequately heat the water based on external weather conditions.
