What kind of gifts are exchanged on White Valentine's Day?

White Valentine (also known as White Day) takes place on March 14, one month after Red Valentine's Day on February 14 (Valentine's Day), and it is one of the occasions for people to express their feelings to each other.

While on Red Valentine's Day (February 14), girls give gifts to the guys they admire, on this day, gentlemen reciprocate by giving gifts to the girls who gave them gifts (or to the girls they genuinely care about and love). In other words, White Valentine is an opportunity to respond to the affection that has been sent.

It is known that White Day was first organized in 1978 by the National Confectionery Industry Association of the land of the rising sun (Japan) with the purpose of allowing men to return the favor to women who gave them chocolates or other gifts on Red Valentine's Day (February 14). Although it originated in Japan (with the story of a candy salesman wanting to answer the feelings of a girl who secretly loves him on Red Valentine's Day (February 14), so he made a large box of candy that was white as snow to give to that girl), today this special event takes place not only in Japan but also in many other Asian countries and especially in Vietnam, where young people are very interested in this holiday.
