Although the visuals may appear light-hearted and whimsical, don't be fooled, folks. Fall Guys remains an intensely competitive battle royale, where even a slight misstep could lead to elimination. It's a tense game, with the antics of 60 'jelly beans' clad in various outfits in each round keeping players on their toes. Each match comprises 5 different rounds, randomly selected from the game's current pool of 25 minigames.
Each round presents a different challenge. Some require racing through obstacle courses, others demand cooperation to secure eggs, push balls, or complete any number of team objectives set forth by the game. There are also simpler rounds, like balancing on precarious platforms and avoiding falling into the void below to stay in the game. As the rounds progress, those unable to keep up are eliminated until only one player remains to claim the coveted crown of victory.

There are no shortage of moments: sixty players in the first round all flocking to a corner without obstacles, creating a bottleneck that no one can pass through, leading to gridlock. Or confidently nearing the finish line only to suddenly forget about the incoming ball or swinging hammer, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. If you enjoy watching 'Sasuke' or other obstacle course game shows, Fall Guys offers the same level of relaxation, albeit with players taking on the role of contestants.
