The primary cause leading to the aforementioned issues with the Precision branch's Super Rune pages lies in Riot's flawed design. The Challenging Jewel, with its subpar stacking potential on ranged champions, proves unsuitable for most Marksmen. Only Samira (thanks to her rapid stacking through ultimate) and Nilah (considered a melee champion) find utility in this rune.

The Ready to Strike Rune, however, suffers from a paradox in its functionality. This rune functions as a tool for burst trading in a short timeframe. Yet, it also provides an increased damage effect on marked targets, suitable for prolonged skirmishes. Consequently, very few Marksmen capitalize on all these elements.

As for the Fleet-Footed Rune, as the community has discussed, its power has been excessively diminished in the past. In summary, due to Riot's somewhat misguided design decisions, many Precision branch runes become less friendly to Marksman champions. Perhaps Riot should consider a revision, addressing these rune points in the future as desired by the community.
