Mieruko-chan is an anime that continued airing in the winter of 2022 and received much praise from audiences. Waking up from a dream, she continues her life but the shrine spirits are watching her from afar, indicating that they may not be done with this girl who sees ghosts.
In Mieruko-chan Season 1, Miko still doesn't know where her powers come from or how they will progress. It's unclear why she sees ghosts and why they attack her when they realize she can see them. Who are the shrine spirits and why do they help her fight the demon ghosts? Does Hanna discover that Miko can see ghosts? All these mysteries may be revealed in Season 2 of Mieruko-chan.
Currently, there's no official announcement about Mieruko-chan anime having Season 2. However, based on the success of Season 1 and the intriguing plotlines in the original manga, Season 2 of Mieruko-chan is likely to be produced and promises to be very captivating.
