Design and Display
Based on recent leaked images, the design of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will bear many similarities to the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. The most prominent feature is a large circular module on the back, housing 4 sensors and an LED flash. Additionally, the rear camera module will protrude slightly, resembling the recently launched Find X6.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will sport a flat frame with a curved display and gently curved back edges. It will have power and volume buttons on the right side, while the bottom edge will house a USB-C port, SIM tray, and external speaker. Xiaomi maintains its collaboration with Leica for the camera setup, although the Leica branding will no longer be printed on the back of the device.
On the front, it will feature a premium AMOLED display measuring 6.7 inches with Quad-HD+ resolution, curved edges, and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. This display will also support LTPO for adaptive refresh rates ranging from 1-120Hz. The overall dimensions of the device will be 163.18 x 74.64 x 9.57 mm.
Specifications and Features Overview
Similar to other flagship releases this year, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is equipped with the most powerful hardware available, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It comes in configurations ranging from 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM to 16GB RAM + 1TB ROM. Additionally, this smartphone is rumored to support USB 3.0 connectivity.

Other features of the phone include a 4,900 mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
