This is my everyday workspace, from morning to night. Specifically, I have a dedicated room for tasks related to Hanoi Engraving and Mytour. I handle everything, including filming, photography, and editing for my own videos. In this piece, I'm sharing my workspace from this perspective.Apollo 01 Desk and Chair
This custom-made desk is a manifestation of my personal preferences, not just in terms of height, but also in length and width. It might seem a bit unconventional to you. I wanted a desk with adjustable height, but circumstances didn't allow me to go all out. Paired with it is a leather-upholstered chair that offers both height and tilt adjustments, providing a comfortable and reclining experience.
This chair, named Apollo 01 (feel free to Google it), is provided for all Mytour and Hanoi Engraving staff. Many people inquire about its specific name. Apart from the leather version I'm sitting on, there's also a fabric version. The seat is remarkably comfortable, the reclining mechanism is smooth, and the wheels roll quietly without much noise. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it.iMac 5k Computer
I purchased this last year as a replacement for the Ultrafine 4k monitor and MacBook Pro combo that found a new home. Most of the tech gear I acquire is either secondhand or pre-owned, and this iMac is no exception. It's the 2019 27' model with a 6-core Core i5 processor and Radeon Pro 580X. Originally, I considered the Mac mini M1 and an Ultrafine 5k monitor, but the cost led me to reconsider.
Due to the photo editing and video editing demands of my work, I aimed for a more robust CPU and GPU combo. Initially equipped with a Fusion drive, I swapped it for a 1TB SSD. The RAM started at a modest 8GB, but I upgraded it to 24GB. Financial constraints played a role, but I plan to boost it further when the funds allow.I've adorned this computer with a series of stickers on the aluminum body, masking the iconic apple logo and the thick aluminum bezel. Despite the slightly hefty bezels, I'm content with the iMac. Frankly, beyond the iMac and Ultrafine, I haven't come across a monitor that excels in display quality and resolution for use with macOS. That's why I opted for the iMac over the Mac mini and an external monitor.Mechanical Keyboard and Magic Mouse
I've had this combo for about a year now. It's a customized Filco mechanical keyboard, originally painted in a duck egg blue color, with Moon Landing keycaps that look stunning. The Space key might have some modifications because typing on it gives a metallic click, making it quite impressive. I'm eyeing a group buy for a new mechanical keyboard where I plan to build and customize the keycaps, colors, and switches. For now, I'm content with my Filco setup. As for the mouse, it's the Magic Mouse. I've tried the Trackpad, but the convenience of a mouse won me over. The sleek design and smooth functionality of the Magic Mouse make it my preferred choice.Facebook Portal Display
Similar to Google Nest Hub or Amazon Echo Show, I use it primarily for displaying photos. Additionally, it plays Spotify music, serves as a virtual assistant, and integrates various Facebook features, including video and audio calls. Check out my hands-on review for more details. I appreciate the Portal's square design, resembling a picture frame, and its versatility to be placed horizontally or vertically. Answering Messenger calls directly from it is convenient, eliminating the need to grab my phone.iPad Pro 2018
I've been using this iPad for two years now, utilizing it when not using my computer or for gaming. Its presence made me brave enough to get the iPhone 12 mini with its tiny screen—when I need a larger display, I turn to the iPad. Paired with it is the Smart Keyboard, although its quality has deteriorated over two years, sometimes with connectivity issues. Still, I need a keyboard for writing or chatting with friends when I'm out; I can't get used to the iPad's virtual keyboard.Nikon Z6 Camera
This is my workhorse camera; for casual shots, I have the Ricoh GR3. All my hands-on reviews are shot with the Z6, both video and photography. I use it with a 24-70mm f/4 lens, a Rode Wireless Go microphone, and a DJI RSC2 gimbal. The Z6 is a full-frame mirrorless camera capable of shooting 4k at 30fps. If you observe closely, Mytour boasts several Nikon Z cameras, with most videos reaching the highest resolution of 4k.Starbucks Mug, Yeti Tumbler, and an Ice Shaker
The Yeti tumbler is for carrying takeaway coffee, the Ice Shaker holds my beverages, and the Starbucks mug is for water sipping. I usually brew my coffee at home for takeaways or occasionally bring the Starbucks mug to the nearby café. I like the Starbucks mug for its deep green color and eye-catching design, even though it doesn't retain heat well.Wall-mounted Photo Frames

These frames are my DIY creations—self-printed, self-framed, and self-photographed. They are all vertical frames with horizontal photos inside, surrounded by white space for a pleasing and harmonious look. I print the photos at a shop on Trieu Viet Vuong, and the wooden frames are crafted at Nguyen Thai Hoc.
