On November 22, 2019, the State Tax Department upgraded the Tax Declaration Support application, abbreviated as HTKK, to version 4.2.4. In this version, the HTKK application adds many upgrades related to changes in administrative areas in Kinh Môn, Hải Dương, and other emerging business transactions. At the same time, the application also optimizes and enhances the functions introduced in previous versions.

New Features of Tax Declaration Support Software HTKK 4.2.4
1. Feature updates according to emerging business requirements
- Added functions to support declaration according to form 05-ĐK-TH-TCT for Income Paying Agencies: Support input and edit, export XML and Excel, guide each criterion, etc.
- Updated administrative areas according to Resolution No. 768/NQ-UBTVQH14 dated 11/09/2019 on the establishment of Kinh Môn town, Hải Dương province, and related wards and communes.
- Allows checking the box for Organizations to declare instead of the case of declaring Individual Business (01/CNKD) per occurrence.
- Edit to allow a maximum of 15 characters in the Personal Income Tax Deduction (06/TNCN) declaration.
2. Updates to some features already introduced in HTKK 4.2.3
- Automatically display the Quantity of remaining invoices used from the previous period to this period.
- XML export displays complete data for the Previous year column of the Cash Flow Statement (direct method).
- Display the Criterion list [21] - Resource type name in the tax declaration form for natural resource tax (for hydroelectric production facilities) (03/TĐ-TAIN).
Starting from November 23, 2019, any entity preparing online tax declarations related to these updates must use the HTKK 4.2.4 tax declaration support application version.
