Shape-Shifter
- Increase additional health: 50/125 ⇒ 60/150 %
Electric Dragon
- Standard damage from lightning rays based on increased % health: 5/15/25/35 ⇒ 10/20/30/45 %

2. Champions
Almost every champion has been strengthened in the TFT 12.22 update. Except for Seraphine, she will be reduced in damage on attacks and her ability to create armor.
