What to do if I forget my SMAS login password? This is a question that many teachers wonder when using Viettel's SMAS software. If you happen to forget your SMAS password, please follow the instructions below provided by Mytour.

- - Teachers should utilize all features of the software only when granted all permissions!
- After 5 failed login attempts, the account will be locked for 15 minutes
- Change the password regularly every 3 months to enhance security (If the password is not changed for more than 3 months, the system will automatically remind the teachers)
