1. Mordekaiser Revamped
Riot has finally introduced a completely reworked Mordekaiser. 3. Yuumi's Power Reduction
According to Riot, players of Yuumi are beginning to understand more about this champion and feel she's a bit too powerful in the hands of skilled players. The energy return from her passive is reduced in the early stages and adjustments to the strength from W. Now, it'll be easier to withstand her early dominance and prevent Yuumi from rolling over the game effortlessly.
4. Visual and Effect Updates for Ziggs, Lulu, Tryndamere, and Amumu
It's been a while since the last makeover for these champions, or even since their release, their skill effects may be fine, but their visuals aren't up to par, and that's exactly what Riot is bringing in this patch. In update 9.13, Riot will enhance the visual effects for Ziggs, Lulu, Tryndamere, Amumu, bringing them back into the spotlight. 5. Dark Star Skins Return
Dark Star skins are some of the most mystical and compelling effects in League of Legends, The latest addition in this update sees Jhin, Karma, and Shaco all receiving Dark Star skins. While both Karma and Jhin have other beautiful skins, this marks Shaco's first new skin since May 2015.
