2. Does buying on Tiki incur shipping fees? When is shipping free?

- Shipping fee on Tiki is 12,000 VND in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Orders qualify for free 'Packaging and Delivery' service for standard delivery when:

- The order value is above 250,000VNĐ in other provinces nationwide.
Orders will be exempt from 'bulky item surcharge' if the average weight per product (including gifts) in the order is under 2kg or if the total weight of the order is ≤5 kg.

3. When does Shopee offer free shipping – freeship?
Before 17/0/2018, orders of 99,000 VND or more within the city and 200,000 VND or more outside the city on Shopee would qualify for free standard shipping.
However, with the recent changes in freeship policy, similar to Lazada, you will receive free shipping when:
- The order is valued at 99,000 VND or more if the SHOP SELLS ITEMS in the same province/city.
- The order is valued at 200,000 VND or more if the SHOP SELLS ITEMS in a different province/city.
- Orders from Shopee Mall – meaning official stores – are valued at 150,000 VND or more.
In general, qualifying for freeship on online shopping platforms has become considerably more challenging. However, compared to purchasing through Facebook fan pages or individual sellers, it still remains much cheaper.
Additionally, payment methods such as credit cards, Momo wallet, Viettel Pay, ZaloPay, etc., also offer their own freeship promotions. You should take advantage of these to make online shopping even more affordable.
