Zeri appears to be an excessively imbalanced champion in both League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics.
Introduced in patch 12.2, Zeri immediately became a highly sought-after champion due to her immense power and exceptionally high win rate, even as a brand new character. In fact, Zeri's creator - Riot August - had to nerf her immediately after her debut on the Vietnamese League of Legends server, just one day after. Specifically, Riot removed the interaction between Zeri's ultimate and Runaan's Hurricane. However, she remained too strong, prompting further nerfs in patch 12.3.

The same story unfolded in Teamfight Tactics 6.5 when, just after 1 day of testing on the PBE server, Zeri underwent a significant nerf. According to Riot Mortdog's announcement, Zeri's base damage as well as the scaling damage per bullet from her will be significantly reduced. This makes it impossible for Zeri to 'blow away' enemy teams at 1-star level (despite being a 5-gold champion).

So why is Zeri such a powerful champion that Riot had to nerf her after just 1 day? Essentially, Zeri possesses two of the most irritating factors in Teamfight Tactics: excessive mobility and the ability to deal damage across multiple targets. Therefore, Zeri is difficult to catch and can easily attack the enemy backline, especially with her excessive base damage. Perhaps in the days to come, the duration of Zeri's ultimate will also be nerfed.
Besides Zeri, Teamfight Tactics season 6.5 still faces numerous issues, with the most significant being game bugs. Many cases, like Gnar's rock-throwing skill disappearing entirely because the target is eliminated simultaneously when the character casts the ability, or the terrible target selection bug of Ziggs from season 6, are still prevalent. Not to mention countless other display errors that champions, items, etc., are encountering.

Of course, with it currently being tested on the PBE server, bugs are somewhat acceptable. However, Riot Games needs to fix them as soon as possible because some bugs directly affect champion strength and gameplay.
