As per the latest report published by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, in the 11 months of 2023, the entire aviation industry recorded 221,229 on-time flights with an average rate of 84.9%.
Among them, two airlines maintained an On-time Performance (OTP) rate above 90% - Bamboo Airways with 92.5% and VASCO with 92%.
Top Rankings: Vietnam Airlines 87.1%, Vietravel Airlines 86.5%, Pacific Airlines 84.5%, and Vietjet Air 79.5%
Regarding flight cancellation rates, the industry records a 0.3% cancellation rate. Pacific Airlines has the lowest rate at 0.1%. Vietnam Airlines stands at 0.4%, Vietjet Air 0.3%, Bamboo Airways 0.2%, and VASCO, Vietravel Airlines at 0.6%
In the upcoming period, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam states that the entire aviation industry in Vietnam is focusing resources on planning to meet the increased travel demand of passengers during the year-end and Tet Nguyen Dan 2024.
