Sleek design for excellent handling
In terms of design, the Galaxy A03s remains relatively unchanged from its predecessor, boasting a simple yet sophisticated appearance. The front sports a 6.5-inch waterdrop PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution, providing a relatively sharp and clear viewing experience for reading and watching movies.
The Galaxy A03s is available in three color options: black, blue, and white.Moving to the back, you'll find a cluster of 3 cameras arranged in a familiar rectangular module, accompanied by a matte finish to minimize fingerprint smudges. Alongside are the curved edges, combined with plastic material, providing a comfortable grip, ensuring no hand fatigue during prolonged use.

On the side, there's also a one-touch fingerprint sensor for added convenience in unlocking.
In my opinion, the Galaxy A03s still embodies the characteristic design of the Galaxy A series with its minimalist matte back finish and uniformity in craftsmanship.
Good grip capabilities thanks to the curved edge processing between the bezel and the back, it fits snugly in the hand, feeling just right, not too heavy.
Well-equipped configuration to meet basic needs, 5,000 mAh battery lasts all day
Inside this Samsung device lies the MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core chip, manufactured on a 12nm process and reputedly offering performance similar to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 617 chipset.
For comparison, its predecessor, the Galaxy A02s, features the Snapdragon 450 processor built on a 14nm process and runs on Android 10.
Paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM by default, running on Android 11, everyday tasks such as calling, messaging, Facebook, watching movies, etc., with this smartphone will still be very smooth overall.

With these specifications, the Galaxy A03s can smoothly handle lightweight 2D games. As for demanding games like PUBG, Mobile Legends, we'll address them separately in a detailed review in the future.
I've personally used other smartphones running on the Helio P35 chip before and found that they maintain relatively cool temperatures during gaming sessions. For example, playing Mobile Legends at an average FPS of 30.

In addition, the 5,000mAh battery allows you to browse the web, watch movies, etc., throughout the day without worrying about running out of power. Combined with the moderately sized display and the Helio P35, I believe the Galaxy A03s will offer even better battery life than its predecessor, the Galaxy A02s.
Although the included charger is only 7.75W, I don't think it's a problem because the 5,000mAh battery of the Galaxy A03s is sufficient for all-day usage. You can simply charge it overnight before going to bed to ensure it's ready for the next day.

Still a versatile camera cluster within its price range
Similar to its predecessor, the A03s' rear triple camera setup includes a 13 MP main camera for sharp images, a macro camera, and a 2 MP depth sensor, allowing for creative photography.

On the front, the phone features a 5 MP selfie camera with sufficient clarity for capturing memorable moments and engaging in video calls with friends, participating in online meetings, etc., relatively smoothly. Additionally, it comes with beauty mode, face recognition, Full HD video recording, etc.
Overall, you'll still have a decent camera cluster to capture and quickly share on social networks with magical bokeh photos or even the tiniest details with the macro mode.

Attractive pricing, easily accessible for young users
In summary, the Galaxy A03s is a sturdy smartphone with a good grip, stable performance for basic needs, and light gaming entertainment. The large 5,000mAh battery capacity provides a full day of usage, and the beautiful camera setup with various fun features allows you to explore, chase trends, and live a virtual life on social media.
With a price tag of 3,690,000 VND (excluding promotions) at Mytour, Samsung seems to be targeting young students and professionals - those seeking a phone capable enough to handle daily tasks at a very reasonable cost.
It can be said that this is a highly recommended product in the 3 - 4 million VND price range currently. If you're looking for a smartphone for calls, checking emails daily, accessing study materials, needing entertainment with a large screen, and decent camera capabilities, then the Galaxy A03s deserves a spot in your shopping cart.
