Required Ingredients:

+ Taro: 500g
+ Tapioca Flour: 50g
+ Coconut Milk: 1 can (or you can extract coconut water from freshly grated coconut)
+ White Sugar: to taste
+ Arrowroot Flour: 2 tablespoons
How to Cook Coconut Taro Sweet Soup:

- Pour tapioca flour into a bowl, soak it in cold water (to prevent clumping) for about an hour, then drain off excess water.

- Peel and cut the taro into small square pieces.

- Place the taro in a pot of water and boil. Remove any foam that rises to the surface during boiling.

- Cook the tapioca flour in cold water. When it boils, add cold water once to prevent the flour from becoming too soft. Once the tapioca flour is cooked, remove it and place it in a bowl of cold water to prevent sticking.
- When the taro is cooked, season with sugar to taste, then add coconut milk and tapioca flour back into the pot and bring to a boil again.

- Next, mix the arrowroot flour with water until completely dissolved, then slowly pour it into the pot, simmer gently, and stir evenly until the sweet soup thickens slightly.

- When the sweet soup is cooked, scoop it into bowls to enjoy immediately while hot, or if you prefer it cold, you can add some ice cubes.
