So, I decided to craft my own non-fat milk at home, using only pure, natural ingredients, ensuring peace of mind.
Condensed non-fat milk holds miraculous benefits for the skin, a fact known to all. However, the market is now flooded with counterfeit or cheap versions, disguised under the guise of mixed creams, not only lacking in beauty but also causing unforeseen consequences. Crafting non-fat milk at home with precise recipes and safe natural ingredients ensures skin safety.
Non-fat milk contains vital vitamins and essential minerals that deeply permeate the skin, aiding in moisture balance, melanin pigment removal, collagen, elastin, and protein synthesis, fostering the regeneration of new skin cells for a fair, smooth, radiant complexion...
Ingredients Preparation:
- 200ml of fresh pasteurized milk.
- 100ml of olive oil.
- 5ml of rice bran oil.
- 70g of emulsifying wax (an essential ingredient in skincare creams, preventing water separation, ensuring smooth texture, and no harm. Available at supermarkets)
- 5ml of fish collagen. (a safe thickening agent commonly used in skincare creams, acting as a thickening agent, available at supermarkets)
- 10ml of vegetable glycerin (great for the skin, can also be used as a face mask, effective for acne treatment, and skin whitening. You can find fish collagen and vegetable glycerin at supermarkets)
- 5 drops of vitamin E.
- 200ml of distilled water.
Instructions:
- Put emulsifying wax, olive oil, and fish collagen into a bowl, mix well, then place in a double boiler until the mixture melts completely.
- Prepare a small pot, pour in the milk and distilled water, heat until warm, then remove from heat.

- Blend the oil and wax mixture in a mixer, once it becomes creamy, add the milk to the mixer and continue mixing well.
- After the mixture becomes well-blended and smooth, pour it into a glass bottle, seal tightly, and use as needed.

How to use:
- Cleanse your body with warm water.
- Take an adequate amount of non-fat milk, apply evenly over the body, gently massage, and leave on for about 20 minutes.

This is a beauty method widely applied in expensive spas.
- Relax until the non-fat milk dries on the skin, then rinse off with clean water. Apply 2-3 times a week, and after just 3 uses, the skin becomes firmer, healthier, and smoother. Additionally, thanks to the essential nutrients in the mixture, the skin is provided with moisture to prevent wrinkles and sagging.
- Non-fat milk is completely safe for facial skin.
