Did you know that stones have remarkable effects in tightening pores? Combined with other ingredients, you'll discover their miraculous whitening effects too.
Stones are known for their amazing pore-tightening properties. When combined with other ingredients, they also offer surprising whitening effects. Daily use of stone treatments also has unexpected benefits in whitening and reducing pus-filled acne. You'll notice daily changes in your appearance in front of the mirror.
Previously, my skin was uneven and somewhat dull. Busy work schedules didn't allow much time for skincare. A few months ago, I stumbled upon an article sharing beauty tips using stones, which seemed logical to me. So I decided to give it a try, creating my own stone treatments. For whitening, I combined specific ingredients, and for reducing blemishes, and even fading scars, the results were much more effective than conventional methods. When applying stone treatments to the face, the nutrients penetrate directly into the skin, providing the highest efficacy and a very comfortable sensation. Moreover, this method is very easy to do, so I use it regularly, just a few minutes every day.
This is my current skin and about 1-2 months ago.

1. Lemon and Mint Ice Cubes

Ingredients: 1 golden lemon (can be replaced with golden orange) + 1 bunch of mint leaves + distilled water.
Procedure:
- Cut the lemon into square pieces and soak in a cup of distilled water for 15-30 minutes.
- Add the mint leaves to the mixture and evenly distribute into an ice tray, cover, and freeze.
- Alternatively, you can blend the mint leaves, strain the juice, squeeze in the lemon, and freeze.
Benefits: If you have dark, uneven skin tone, or blemishes, lemon and mint ice cubes are excellent for whitening, tightening pores, and providing vitamin C to the skin.
2. Fresh Milk Ice Cubes

Ingredients: Unsweetened pasteurized fresh milk.
Procedure: Pour the milk into an ice tray, cover, and freeze.
Benefits: Fresh milk is rich in fats, vitamins, and essential minerals that nourish, provide natural moisture to the skin, and effectively improve dry skin. Additionally, this mixture is extremely beneficial for anti-aging and whitening, making the skin soft, smooth, just like applying a fresh milk face mask.
3. Watermelon and Cucumber Ice Cubes

Ingredients: 200 grams of watermelon + 200 grams of cucumber.
Procedure:
- Juice the watermelon and cucumber to extract the liquid.
- Mix the mixture well and pour into an ice cube tray, cover with a lid, and freeze.
Benefits: This ice cube mixture not only has excellent whitening and pore-tightening effects but also serves as a sunscreen. You can use it during the day, as the lycopene in watermelon will protect you from UV rays.
4. Turmeric Root and Tea Ice Cubes

Ingredients: 1 turmeric root + 1 tea bag.
Procedure:
- Place the tea bag in a cup of boiling water, let it steep, then discard the tea bag.
- Cut the turmeric into small pieces and crush them.
- Mix it into the tea solution.
- Let the solution cool completely and pour it into the ice tray, cover with a lid, and freeze. Benefits: This is a lifesaver for acne-prone skin, even if your skin is severely acne-prone. Not only that, the mixture of tea and turmeric ice cubes also effectively reduces dark spots, so acne scars won't linger.
Notes when making skincare products in ice cube form:
- Use pure mineral water or boiled water during the ice cube making process to ensure antibacterial properties to protect the skin.
- After preparing the freezing solution, ensure that the ice tray is clean. Choose a tray with a lid to prevent bacteria from other foods in the refrigerator from entering the finished product.
Opt for a thin cloth (such as cheesecloth or muslin) to wrap the ice when rolling it on your skin for easier movement of the ice cube and to prevent any damage to sensitive facial skin areas.
