By default on Facebook, many people can message you even if they are not someone you know. Taking advantage of this, some people spam messages causing inconvenience. To address this issue, let's see how to customize who can message you on Facebook via mobile through this article.
Customizing Who Can Message You on Facebook
Step 1: To control who can message you in the message requests inbox, open the app on your phone. Then, tap on the menu icon with three horizontal lines in the top left corner. In the next menu, tap on the Settings icon

Step 2: Scroll down and find Privacy to continue. You'll be taken to the privacy settings interface for your account, where you should select Message Delivery.

Step 3: Right after that, you'll be able to control who can message you and from whom you'll receive messages. For blocking messages from strangers, you can check and access Others on Facebook or Others on Instagram. If you want to receive messages from these entities, leave it in Message Requests; otherwise, choose Don't Receive Message Requests.

Wishing you successful implementation and even better experiences with this app. If you encounter any questions or difficulties during use, please let me know in the comments. Don't forget to share the article if you find it helpful. Thank you for reading.
