When Gmobile SIM loses signal and there's no service, customers experience communication disruptions, unable to make calls, send messages, or receive calls on their phones. Below, we'll guide you on the simplest ways to fix Gmobile network signal loss!
1. Understanding Gmobile Network
Gmobile Network was introduced to the telecommunications market for the first time in 2009 under the name Beeline, owned by Global Mobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company.
After a period of conversion, it became the Gmobile network.
Currently, Gmobile owns 2 VIP prefixes, namely 059 and 'Golden Prefix 099'. Therefore, Gmobile still maintains its position in the Mobile Telecommunications market, contrary to rumors of bankruptcy from the early days of its launch.

2. Why does Gmobile SIM lose signal and lack service?
Malfunctioning SIM Card Chip
The primary reason for signal loss in SIM cards is due to a malfunctioning SIM card chip.
Malfunctioning chips stem from various causes, primarily from frequent removal and insertion of the SIM card, inadvertently damaging its circuitry. This results in Gmobile SIM losing service and communication capabilities.

Bidirectional SIM Blocking
When your phone displays 'No Service', it could be because the SIM card has been inactive for a long time or was not unlocked in time, resulting in it being recalled to the number warehouse.
This renders the SIM card unusable even though the phone still detects it.

SIM Operating Beyond Gmobile Network Coverage
Currently, Gmobile's infrastructure remains somewhat limited, thus its coverage cannot match that of larger networks.
In areas where signal quality remains weak, using your phone may lead to SIM signal loss, restricting calls to emergency use only.

Gmobile Network Undergoing System Upgrades
Since approximately 2020, Gmobile network has been regularly upgrading its system, with each upgrade lasting about 15 - 20 minutes.
This significantly affects users' experience as SIM cards naturally experience continuous signal loss, making communication impossible.
3. Solutions to Address Gmobile Network Signal Loss Issues
- Replace your Gmobile SIM if the circuitry is severely damaged and non-functional.
- Move your phone closer to densely populated areas (where the nearest Gmobile signal transmitter is located).
- If the above methods fail, try waiting for 20 - 30 minutes to allow the network to resolve system update issues.
- Recharge your card to restore communication services with the network provider or visit the nearest Gmobile store/service point to replace the revoked Gmobile SIM card.
Note: If the SIM has been returned to the warehouse for a long time and has been reconnected and used by someone else, you will not be able to replace the SIM card.
