Answer:
You can overcome this issue by following our methods:
* Download the latest version of the CocCoc browser
* Download the latest version of IDM
Method 1: Setting up on CocCoc browser
- Open the CocCoc browser, click on the CocCoc Menu at the top left of the toolbar -->Settings
- Click on the Extensions utility, find IDM's extension and click on Enabled and Allow in incognito
- Restart the CocCoc browser and surf the Web, you won't encounter this issue anymore
Method 2: Setting up on IDM
- Open the IDM tool, choose Options on the interface
- In the General Tab, navigate to the Capture downloads from the following browsers section, then uncheck the CocCoc browser you're encountering issues with.
Additionally, you can also click on the File types Tab where the first table contains file extensions to be automatically downloaded. Simply remove the extensions you don't want to download automatically (here music is MP3). Press OK to save changes.
In this table, you can also add file formats to download music, video via IDM to your computer.
With this solution on your computer, you won't encounter IDM not catching links while listening to music or watching videos on CocCoc anymore. Quite a handy and useful trick, isn't it?!
